24 hours Dancing Folklore Festival is one of Madeira’s most important cultural events — a 24-hour non-stop traditional music and dance celebration showcasing the island’s folklore heritage.

It takes place in the picturesque village of Santana (north Madeira), famous for its traditional A-frame houses, and brings together folklore groups from across Madeira and mainland Portugal.
