Gaitada na Baixa (Sunset Bagpipe at Baixa)

As the sun sets over Ponta do Sol's dramatic waterfront, a lone bagpiper takes to the rock known locally as "a Baixa" for a short, atmospheric performance. The music begins 10 minutes before sunset and lasts around 15 minutes, turning one of Madeira's most striking coastal views into a live soundtrack.
The event takes place directly on the rock facing Praia da Ponta do Sol, with free entry.
