Madeira Street Arts Festival comes to Santa Cruz for the first time! On 24 October 2026, Largo da Igreja turns into an open-air stage for the 8th edition, with living statues, ballet, breaking and a comedy show where the audience joins in.
The afternoon starts with living statues, followed by the opening session. Then come a ballet performance on pointe, a breaking show by STG crew, and the Chilean artist Karcocha, who turns everyday life into comedy and invites the audience to take part.
