MEO Sons do Mar 2026 returns to Funchal as one of Madeira's most special festivals, combining top Portuguese music with a unique setting over the bay. With a strong focus on Portuguese music, the festival's lineup highlights some of the most relevant names of the new Portuguese generation.

5 September — Nininho Vaz Maia and Akoustic Junkies

Over roughly 420 minutes of music across the two nights, the audience can enjoy live concerts outdoors, with the sea as a backdrop and a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere. Since its creation, MEO Sons do Mar has established itself as a reference festival in the region.
