Nostalgic Madeira Music — Wine Tasting & Concert at Instituto do Vinho

A brand-new, one-of-a-kind evening held every Thursday at the Instituto do Vinho, do Bordado e do Artesanato da Madeira. Doors open at 20:30 for an immersive sensory experience dedicated to Madeira's cultural heritage: guests are welcomed into this landmark historic building for a refined tasting of fine Madeira Wine, paired with traditional regional pastries, in the Sala da Confraria.

The intimate setting then gives way to an hour-long concert entirely devoted to Madeiran singer-songwriters and composers, with each song introduced and put in context for the audience in both Portuguese and English.

Schedule: every Thursday from April through December 2026.
