Programme

8:30 – Yoga class and opening circle

10:00 – Hotel brunch (breakfast buffet)

11:15 – Connection practices: mindful and fun activities to get to know each other, share and be present

1:30 pm – Women’s circle: a moment to pause, listen and share

2:30 pm – Free time (pool, jacuzzi, relax)
