Scarecrow Exhibition 2027 at Quinta Pedagógica, Madeira

Once placed in fields to keep birds away, scarecrows become works of art in this new exhibition. Creative figures made by local artists, artisans and youth groups celebrate the traditional farming culture of Madeira. The scarecrows stay on display all year.

The farm has more to explore: a small zoo, herb gardens, a tea house, local jams and traditional cider.
