Barroco a Norte is a concert cycle bringing Baroque music into the historic churches of Madeira's north coast. The project stages free concerts in parish churches along the north coast, each edition built around a thematic focus tied to the architecture and sacred art of the host churches. Performers include musicians based in Madeira, mainland Portugal, and abroad, specializing in early and Baroque music. The initiative pairs musical performance with the architectural and artistic heritage of the churches themselves, aiming to bring cultural life to the municipalities of Madeira's north coast.
