Canyoning Madeira Meeting (CMM) 2026

The Canyoning Madeira Meeting (CMM) brings canyoning enthusiasts from across the world to the North Coast of Madeira for six days of descents, technical workshops and evening gatherings. The event is based at Clube Naval do Seixal, in the parish of Seixal — a starting point surrounded by some of the island's most striking canyons, where green mountain slopes meet the Atlantic. Participants can take part in guided canyoning activities each day, choosing from routes across the island's canyon network, alongside technical workshops on anchoring (EN 959 standard) and first-aid/BLS-AED training. Evenings bring welcome drinks, themed nights and a closing dinner at the club's lounge bar.
