Silent Flow Pilates – Edição Pôr do Sol

A three-hour sunset experience combining a guided Pilates class with a catamaran trip along Madeira's south coast, sailing toward Cabo Girão.

Participants take part in a Pilates class on deck, guided through silent headphones, while the boat sails out into the Atlantic. The route includes whale and dolphin watching, a swim stop in the ocean, and a sunset over the water. The experience closes with a shared moment on board, with a healthy snack and natural drinks included.
